Tips to get rid of acne on the buttocks



Squeeze a natural acid on your pimples: fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar diluted with water can help reduce the appearance of pimples on the butt. Leave this liquid solution on your buttocks for 5-10mins before rinsing it off with a cold water, you can also add a few drop of honey to your diluted solution for its antibacterial and soothing effects.



Apply a natural oil: tea tree oil and coconut oil are great antibacterial and antifungal oils that can be rubbed on the affected area for it to heal.

Rub an ice cube on your butts pimples : it doesn’t not heal your pimple but the inflammation on your buttocks will be reduced. Place your ice pack in a soft clean cloth or towel and place it on the affected area.

Exfoliate the skin on your buttocks : exfoliation will remove all dead cells that clog your pores and keep it clean. Use a gentle non-comedogenic exfoliating cream.

Take vitamins: vitamins help boost the appearance of your skin, it makes your skin look radiant. The use of vitamins A, B, C or Zinc promotes healthy skin.

Consume plenty water: water replenishes the body, drinks water immediately you wake up in the morning and when engaging in your daily activities, don’t forget to take enough water to keep you hydrated inside and out.

Alter your diet: eat a balanced diet that is rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain foods. Sugary, fatty and fried junk foods can cause an increase of insulin in the body.

Sit less and stand more often: sitting for long hours can prevent the skin on the buttocks from breathing, stand up for a while and take a short brisk walk.

Aspirin mask to reduce inflammation: crush up five or four aspirin tablets, make sure there is no coating on the outside of the tablets, mix together with honey to combat the bacteria. Apply a thin layer over the surface of your buttocks, allow the mask to dry before rinsing it off . Apply non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep it moisturized and soft.

Wear loose-fitting clothes: the more breathable your clothing is, the less you are likely to strap sweat in unwanted areas. Choose breathable underwear and avoid sleeping with your underwear.
