As a firm believer in the fabulous but pocket-friendly, fake
designer fashion items are a big no-no for me. I would rather wear Primark than
an imitation Fendi which is exactly what I did with this outfit.
One March evening in 2019, some amazing Manchester girls
hosted the reputable Boss Women event. My outfit was already
sorted, until I walked into the Primark store in Manchester city centre that
afternoon and suddenly all of my common senses left me(lol).
This LOVE monogram two piece print
shouted out my name and I was going nowhere without them, I was hooked! The
fabric is so luxurious, the fit is spot on and the print, uber tasteful. My
"sorted" outfit for that evening instantly became a thing of the past.
This FAA helping
couldn't come any more pocket friendlier than this. £15 for both pieces against
Fendi's thousands of pounds and dollars. I paired the outfit with a black Asos embroidered platform heels, Juicy Couture mini patent slouch tote,
and a drop coral necklace from Dorothy
Perkins. It gave me quite a buzz putting the outfit together in minutes.
The end result was very satisfactory.
This look can be achieved with any geometric prints sourced
on the high street or online. It can be worn either as a dress, or as a two
piece, finished with very sexy heels and a lovely mini handbag, with or without
a necklace. As usual I have put together an idea for you to work with.
Feel free to recreate this look, or if you have already put
together similar, send in your photos and you could just be shined alongside others.❤
