On Sunday 6th of July 2019, the movers and the shakers of the Yoruba movie industry gathered to celebrate a veteran actress Morenike.
Alausa popularly known as Iya Ereko’s 35 years on stage and the launch of her latest movie entitled: “Egbo”. One of the side attractions of the well planned event, was the outfits of the female celebrities that stormed the event.

Movie icon Fathia Balogun was gorgeously dressed in a lace, and she indeed stood out of the crowd, despite the fact that her style was simple. It was also unique and she used a pink gele to compliment her looks. Fathia who always look sweet sixteen wore a see through pink boubou with a torch of gold; and her accessories were also simple, but she nailed it.
Kemi Korede was one of the most stylish ladies at the event, though she wore one of the ankara aso ebi picked for the party, but her style was too pretty to be ignored, and the beautiful outfit was designed by one of her colleagues in the industry, Kemisire, who is based in Abeokuta. She is an actress cum designer.
She is the CEO of Kayz Fashionoutfit and she made most of the outfits, the actresses wore for the event. Biodun Okeowo, popularly known as Omobutty was not left out, she is one actress that always turns heads at parties.
She can hardly step out without being noticed, she is blessed with a killer shape and a glowing skin, and this always makes outfits look extra gorgeous on her. She stepped into the venue of the party looking gorgeous as ever in the brown and yellow aso ebi and a beautiful jewelery to compliment her look.
Beautiful actress Bimbo Success, the beautiful actress was not also left out, her style was simple but gorgeous as well. Memunat Akanke Yunusa popularly known as Mimiano looked like a pack of chocolate in her beautiful well designed Oleku outfit.
Olajuwon Adewunmi is no doubt one of the pretty faces rocking the Yoruba movie scene, she was equally beautifully dressed on the choosen aso ebi for the party. Movie icon, Sola Sobowale stormed the event in company of her two close friends, her style was also simple, but very beautiful. She and her other two friends were dressed in the aso ebi for the party, and they all used brown chiffon to mix the ankara, which turned out well.
Bimpe Akintunde also known as Wasila coded and her friend Ademidun Onifade’s outfit were one of the best at the event, and their outfits was designed by 2403 (Ademidun). Adejoke Fatoke, Zainab Agbeke, Olajubutu Olawunmi were all gorgeously dressed in a well designed aso ebi, and their outfits were designed by Nikky Fashion. Oluwafemi Oyindamola, Fani Modupeola, Funmilayo Awesu, these three beautiful fast rising actresses stepped into the event in grandstyle, dressed in their beautiful and well designed aso ebi.
Oyindamola's dress was designed by Folastylz Signature, Modupeola outfit was designed by Fastuon designs, and Funmilayo's dress was designed by Tobi. Adejoke Fatoke, Zainab Agbeke and Olawunmi Olajubutu’s well designed aso ebi was done by Nikky fashion.
Another set of beautiful ladies that stood out in the party were Alhaja Idayat Imam, Alhaja Lawal Afusat and their outfits were designed by Ojo Lagos, while Alhaja Balikisu Oyinlomo’soutfit was designed by Ajoke Enu Ora Lagos. Alhaja Toyin Yeye Oge and her friend, Yinka Akeju, were not left out, as their outfits were one of the best at the event.
