At the 2019 City People Real Estate Awards held on Sunday 11th August at Time Square Event Centre in Ikeja, Olori Aderonke EmmanuelKing, the beautiful wife of Adron Homes & Properties boss stole the show. She looked glamorous and gorgeous in her outfit, as she sashayed into the expansive hall, with her handsome husband, Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing.
Not only was she there to compliment her husband, but she also won an award as the Most Enterprising Real Estate Woman of The Year. She deserves it. Many don’t know she is actively involved in the day-to-day running of Adron Homes. She is also a founding member of the team.
At the awards, her husband revealed how she was instrumental to the setting up of Adron Homes 7 years ago. He said before he started Adron, he suffered an injury from an attack and as he recuperated, his wife kept encouraging him to brace up and set up his own real estate company. He had just left his former place of work. “It was my wife who kept prodding me on to set up my own real estate company,” he revealed. “She kept telling me I know you can do it. I know you will succeed. It is time for you to set up your own company. I know you can do. And my response then was how will I be able to do that with my injury. She was the one who made sure I didn’t relent. I love her so much.”
City People has found out that this pretty woman is not only a wife, but she is also an asset. She has remained the brainbox for the company in the course of expanding Adron Homes & Properties, beyond the shores of Africa. Her creative ability reflects in the ever-fresh ideas, she injects into business, as seen in Adron Home’s various promo, Customer appreciation, and ideas. She has an eye for details. She is also very, very good with figures. All of these has helped Adron Homes become the big brand, it is today. This is why City People Magazine honoured her with the Most Enterprising Real Estate Woman of The Year award.

Olori Aderonke Omotola EmmanuelKing was born on 17th June 1977. She is a businesswoman, finance expert, and philanthropist from Owo in Ondo State, Nigeria. She is involved in interior designs, decoration and real estate. She is the Executive Director, Finance, and Administration of Adron Homes and Properties Ltd.
She was born into a family of 6 including her parents, a brother, and two sisters. She attended her Primary education at United Missionary College, Ibadan, Oyo State from 1982 to 1987. She attended Saint Theresa’s College, Oke-Ado, Ibadan from 1988 to 1993. Afterward, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lagos State University. She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Olori Aderonke started her career as a Financial Executive at Amicable Assurance Plc, Lagos, Nigeria. She moved to Custodian and Allied Insurance Ltd and worked briefly with them before proceeding to the banking sector. She started her banking career with Oceanic Bank Plc from where she proceeded to Bank PHB Plc. She later joined FinBank Plc now acquired by First City Monument Bank (FCMB). Olori Aderonke worked with FCMB till October 2013 and resigned honourably to join Adron Homes and Properties Ltd fully to bring into play her expertise in finance and interior decoration/design.
Olori Aderonke is a recipient of the City People’s Award of Female Achievers Award for Business, the Real Estate Icon Award by African Icon Int’l Award amongst others.
Olori Aderonke has received several Chieftaincy titles with her husband across the nation as a worthy daughter of the land as The Yeye Apesinola of Ibadan land, The Yeye Borokinni of Ilishan land, The Yeye Akile of Remo Land, The Yeye Akile of Makun Kingdom, The Yeye Bobajiro of Ode Remo, The Yeye Otunba Asoludero of Emuren just to mention a few.
Olori Aderonke is a fervent supporter of education in Nigeria, she empowers the less privileged youths through scholarships in primary, secondary and tertiary education and she also helps the underprivileged in the society who requires medical aids. She serves as the Grand Matron of the Castles Club UK. Olori Aderonke and Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing were childhood friends before they grew up to marry each other.
