TIPS FOR A YOUNG AND CLEAR NECK



Anatomically in Latin, the neck is also called cervix or Collum. The neck is the part of the body on many vertebrates that separates head from the torso. It contains blood vessels and nerves that supply structures in the head to the body.
Your diet can play a major role in the appearance of your skin. It’s crucial to stay away from refined sugars. Cultivate the habits of consuming fruits and vegetables , and food that helps boost collagen .


- Exfoliate: just like your face, your neck also needs exfoliating to clear the pores to absorb skincare products better. When exfoliating your neck area use mild exfoliators and massage in an upward motion. The skin area of the neck is extremely thin and delicate.

- Daily wash: your neck  area is also exposed to all  the sweat, dirt, oil, pollution everyday so it’s crucial to give your neck a good wash, when you take your shower.

-Apply essential oil: the neck is mostly dry. Oil is wonderful to hydrate and rejuvenate this area, you can use chamomile oil , tea tree oil, sweet almond oil to massage your neck upwards but not for long.

-Sunscreen:daily sun protection is a must . Sun damage can lead to premature aging, sagging,hyper-pigmentation and wrinkles. Skin cells have gone through repeated sun damage and they lose their regenerative ability during that period.

-Masks:masks do wonders to the face, they can also work for our neck as well. Take to consideration not to use harsh and dry mask to avoid the skin of the neck from drying. An hydrating masks like fruit masks or vegetable masks or a natural product like honey, carrot juice, aloe Vera gel , will be suitable for the neck.

-Daily habits: we often position our neck the wrong way when executing some of our day to day activities . Most people do this mistake and have cultivated this habit. Deep lines on the neck can be caused by sleeping on high pillows and this strains the neck, shoulder and back. Try sleep on a pillow that keeps your neck aligned with your chest and back. If you are sitting for long, make sure you sit in the chair fully with your low back touching the lower part of the chair backrest, also ensure that your low back curve is supported with a small pillow or cushion.

-Protect your lymphs:take a look at the labels of the sunscreen, perfume,makeup and hair products that you are using. If any of these products contain ingredients like parabens or synthetic color you want to keep them away from your skin. Toxin and chemicals will leach into your system through the lymphs and can wreak havoc not only on the appearance of your skin but your overall health.


-Use of ice cubes to reduce pores: a good way to noticeably reduce pores with ice cubes . But be careful so as not to have flu. Ice cubes robbed on the neck for 10-15mins preferably two or three times in a week can help lessen pores on the neck.
