WHY I HAVE BEEN DOING MORE OF IGBO MOVIES OF LATE - SEXY ACTRESS, CHINWE ISAAC

Chinwe Actress is one of the popular actresses in Nollywood. She is beautifulstylish and sexy.

For a while now she has been involved in the lgbo movie sector. She has been playing lead roles and at the same time producing lovely movies.
What has she been up to in the last few years we asked her recently?
I have been doing a lot of film work, more of producing my films. Basically, have been doing more of Igbo movies lately. Then traveling. I love to travel. Lol...

l noticed you do more of lgbo movies How come?
Igbo language is my mother tongue and unfortunately, the language is fast deteriorating and the Igbos’ have come to accept the foreign language more than their mother tongue. As an actress and a producer, I decided to entertain people in my mother tongue and to also let people know that our native language is sweet. Am happy the Igbo people love to watch my Igbo films.

And to think that there are elders in the village who don’t understand English language now get to be entertained as well. The essence is to make a movie that would cut across to both old and young and to promote my Igbo language.
You have acting now for how long ? What has been your staying power in the industry?
Oh yes, have been acting for quite a time now, though, I was off at some point due to personal reasons. And when I came back, I started doing more of my production. Over time, I have come to enjoy the production aspect of it. I have about 30 films I produced.

My staying power is determination, consistency and hard work. I always tell myself, the saying “the industry is bad” is not for me. I won’t give up. I keep pushing..... FOCUS

How do you see the industry right now?
Nollywood industry will continue to SURVIVE like any other industry. The future is definitely a promising one.  We will keep pushing it and hoping for investors to come in some day as the business is such a lucrative one when you meet the right production house/producer.

Tell us about your growing up years. Where were you born And schools attended?
My growing up was in Warri, I went to Eagerness Nursery and Primary School. Also, Holy Cress. I grew up at Okumagba Avenue Estate Warri. Left Warri after the Okumagba crises... finished up secondary school in Owerri Imo state. Went to Federal Polytechnic Nekede. Studied Banking and finance for OND.....

Later went to Nsukka  for Music diploma.... and then I had my BSc in Political Science @ Lagos State University.....  I came from an okay family, a polygamous home, not born with a silver spoon. As my dad also died when I was still finding my feet many years ago. (Tears) I have been working really hard for myself and to become somebody in life. I bless God for where I am today.  And still hoping to attain greater heights through hard work and God’s grace.
