Wrinkle is a small ridge or furrow especially when formed on a
surface by the shrinking or contraction of a smooth substance. It occurs due to
age, stress or fatigue. As we age our skin loses moisture and elasticity that
makes it prone to wrinkles.

that are not oil-based, which can leave you feeling greasy. Search for natural,
paraben free products for the best results. Daily full body moisturizing,
focusing on frequently exposed areas like the arms, legs and upper chest, will
help fight body wrinkles.
Protect your skin from the sun: don’t expose your skin to the
sun and inculcate the habit of using SPF to protect you from sun exposure. The
sun provides vitamin D, so make sure you are taking supplements that contains
vitamin D.
Massage your face with Omega 3: salmon and other cold water
fish are excellent sources of omega 3s. This works Wonder in promoting
intracellular repair, almond oil, egg oil and milk cream can be applied on winkle
prone area and you can take omega 3 orally.
Splash cold water on your face: splash cold or cool water on
your skin for 15 secs, it helps reduce pore and hydrate dry skin naturally.
When you wake up early in the morning, splash cold water on your face in the
morning, it helps stimulate micro-circulation and regenerates dermal membrane.
Wear glasses with UV protection regularly: wearing sunglasses
protect the delicate skin around your eyes from the sun, and it helps prevent squinting.
Sleep on your back to prevent lines on the face skin: it can
turn to wrinkles if you often sleep on your face, sleep on your back or left
side improves the spinal bone.
