MEET THE YOUNGEST FEMALE FASHION DESIGNER IN NIGERIA, SHE IS ONLY 16

This is the inspiring story of a 16 year old girl who is currently making waves in the fashion industry. It is the story of Anjola Olayinka who started her Fashion business in 2018 at the age of 15. She is now 16 going 17.

She runs a label called Anjies Fashion Dynasty, a fast rising fashion brand. She is a hardworking and focused girl who is passionate about what she does.

She recently told City People Online Fashion and Beauty Magazine how she started small with just N100k, an amount she raised from her parents and she is today doing so well.

She is the daughter of popular TV Presenter Feyikemi Olayinka.

What did Anjola tell City People?

I only started out learning to sew in 2018. And so far I've made a couple of clothes for myself and s couple of my friends. But by April, I'm hoping to launch myself into the big world at an event I'm working on.

I intend to start my own line of clothes using Ankara and Adire material only.

I'm 16, going on 17 also in April

Was it a loan from mummy?

Both my parents. In all honesty I didn't want to learn, but I want to be independent as early as I can.
