Right now in Ibadan, Aramite Couture is the leading Fashion
house where all the celebrity ladies go to for their outfits. Over the last 11
years, Aramide Taiwo Adenle, the beautiful lady behind Aramite Couture has
built her business into the big brand it is today, as she has become the
designer of choice for very many celebrity women.
She herself has become the Queen of Style in lbadan as she
forever Looks Gorgeous and Glamorous at events.
The big news is that Aramite has opened a world class complex
in lbadan, called House of Aramite which will be a one stop Fashion and Beauty
place.Not only will it house her Fashion business ,ladies will get to do their
skincare and Beauty needs there.
It is a Fashion and Beauty place.
Why did she decide to expand her business to include skincare
and Beauty, we asked her a few days ago?
"In 2009 when we started Aramite couture it was majorly
about ready made African wears ....we were so much into ankara kaftans back
then,"she explained.
"In 2015, I also added food stuffs to my business .I
started selling bags of rice kegs of veg oil bags of beans at bodija
market,ibadan."
So a lot of people felt I left Aramite couture to start
another business at Bodija market
Then the news of Aramite does not sew clothes again.
They started saying she now sells rice. But that was not true.
At the time I started the rice business, we started to face
tailors wahala.
So I decided to learn it my self. I learnt it for about a year and a half.
At the time I was learning it , I stopped the ready to wear
line.
We were only making few customer's clothes.
Last year I decided to go back to our old strictly ready-made
African wears
So we got a property in bodija which is close to where we av
the idera store
We now want to be back to our ready made African wears /men
safaris
We are also into skincare and spa services.
I realised that we have this thinking in Ibadan that if you
want to get something good and not too expensive u have to go to Lagos.
So that made me add spa services and get well trained staffs
to do them.
We don't sell or mix
creams.
The spa services is also part of fashion for both sexes.
"So, yes like you asked Aramite Couture had a place
before now but we decided to expand and also introduce some other services
which our old store had become to small to accommodate. "
"We decided to open our new office because it’s not just about Aramite Couture anymore.We have
added Spa services, so the opening will serve as an awareness to people of
Ibadan that we have now added more to our business.
That is the reason we gave it the name House of Aramite.
