Ways to maintain healthy lips
We often neglect the lips
when taking care of our face and every other part of our body. Our lips are
another attractive part of the face and when it’s not properly taken care of,
it makes us look unkempt and unhealthy. Succulent and full looking lips may
look nice but keeping your lips hydrated and healthy is crucial.
*Exfoliate your lips: before
sleeping at night, moisturize with a quality lip balm. Use a damp wash cloth or
a toothbrush to gently rub off any dead or dry skin. The air around you tends
to dry out your lips while you are asleep. Make sure you use a heavy or
hydrating lip cream or petroleum jelly before you sleep.
