Congratulations on your birthday. How do you feel as you celebrate?

I feel so happy and grateful to Almighty Allah for keeping me and my children alive despite of all I have been through in this my short time in life. You know in every situation one should learn to constant wear a grateful heart to Him who owns our very breath so I am indeed thankful on this my special day

Many call you the Queen of Aso Oke. How did you become big in the business?

Oh really? (lol)

Seriously speaking, it’s been God all the way! It obviously can’t be me! What do I have or know but Almighty Allah has given me the perseverance and grace to continue to push on even when people had thought it has finished. God says He hasn’t even started with me. And that’s why I enjoyed that Tope Alabi's song that says 'araiye so pe o titan, Baba mi sope mo sese bere, aanu ni morigba,.lowo re.o Baba" (lol)

You have been doing this now for how long?

Hmmmmmmm! Way back. Let's say about 20 years. And you know it's a family business.

You know in Aso-Oke, its ancient, its eclectic and always trending in different ways . Its a mixture of ancient and contemporary fashion so presently what is trending is that we have taken asooke to another level and more trendier now we can use asooke as jackets, skirt, kimonos even nose mask etc

Who is Jumrash Aso oke? Whao! I will throw that question back at you o (lol) How do you see Jumrash?

Anyway,  Jumrash is a brand name. A business entity that has given birth to many other businesses like Jumrash Logistics and Delivery services, Jumrash Foods, jumcustmetics Jumrash Foundation jumrash fabrics for his and her also customized all kind of fabrics Hollandia’s name it .But if what you intend to ask is who is the person behind the brand?
