Larry Izamoje, the current CEO and founder of Brila Broadcasting Service Ltd. (the parent company of Brila FM station) has a beautiful daughter called Debbie, who has taken after him in Sports Broadcasting.

Debbie Larry-Izamoje is currently the COO of Brila Broadcasting Service Ltd. And she is doing so well. She has paid her dues, having received serious training from her father who is regarded as a guru in Sports Reporting in Nigeria.

Let's tell you her story. After 4years of being groomed under Larry at Brila, since her relocation to Nigeria, she has become the Chief Operating Officer of the group.

We hear that before 30th June 2021, Brila FM will berth in Port Harcourt and transmit on 101.1 frequency. Let's also gist you that after understudying Larry lzamoje for 4years, interfacing with other branches and units of the group and reshaping brila.net, she is now fully operating things as the COO.

We can authoritatively reveal that the succession being implemented is for 5years and the process is now in its 4th year. By the 5th year she will become CEO and he will become Chairman.

Debbie was born April 19, 1994. She is the 2nd of Larry's 3 children, all female. Phoebe the eldest now Mrs Phoebe Dami-Asolo, B.A(2:1) Accts & Econs, University of Manchester and M.Sc (Innovation and entrepreneurship ) Imperial College London plus Harvard post graduate short course cert is Commercial Manager, Coca Cola Nigeria.

Debbie has a B.Sc (2:1) in Information Management from the University of Sheffield, M.Sc (Management) from the University College London(UCL),a post graduate diploma in Sports Business Management from the Sports Business Institute, Barcelona and short courses certificates in User Innovation, Massachusetts Institute of Technology(M.I.T) and Harvard University's short course certificate in Innovation and Strategy.

Becky his last born, B.Sc (2:1) University of Birmingham, M.Sc (Marketing &Strategy) Warwick Business School plus Harvard PG short course cert is Brand Strategist, Accelerate unit under Access Bank.
