Trendz, a multiple award-winning brands of African Inspired, Cultural and
Ethnic Clothing. A quintessential brand reflecting a modern blend of bold
prints, colour, and style with the aim to renew a sense of pride in our African
culture and having the confidence in expressing who we are. Her designs are
made from Ethnic inspired fabric such as Ankara, tie and dye and Aso oke from
Nigeria.
Ibiyemi Alabi in 2013, a
multi-award winning fashion consultant, currently works as a Digital Business
Analyst.. A woman who is inspired by the African heritage and loves
self-expression through sustainable African fashion.. After years of studying
and working with BSc Economics and MBA (Financial Management), she decided to
bring all her experience towards a new Venture. With a passion to help
modern-day men and women, social fashion cravers stand out uniquely on her
brand
She is constantly improving on
her design, a business attitude that has clearly positioned her as one of the
top fashion entrepreneurs in the UK. Ibiyemi takes customer feedback very
seriously, her approach is positive sincere honest, and very attentive as she
analyses the needs of each client. She loves empowering clients with the
self-confidence that comes with a new look and individual style. A strategy
used for her business expansion.
Ibiyemi is also the convener of
Passion for African Fashion (PAFASH).The Largest African fashion event in the
North West of England. An event set to promote, educate and highlight Africa’s
Creative Industry. A platform for emerging and established high-end designers
worldwide to showcase their creativity to a large global audience. PAFASH
encourages Africans to connect with, embrace, and proudly share their heritage
and culture. Urges all Africans to rise to embrace their culture and educate
everyone in their vicinity. This show leaves the audience gawking at the sheer
beauty of what it means to be African.

Ibiyemi has been honoured with numerous nominations and awards to celebrate her
hard work in supporting and promoting the African fashion industry and the
African community at large
