HOW TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF YOUR INTERNAL ORGANS.

Internal Organs are the internal structures  of the body.They are made up of tissues and cells,they perform physiological functions which contributes to the overall  wellbeing  of the human body. Though these organs are not seen because they are internal, it is important for us to nourish and support  the functions of these organs to ensure the  overall  wellbeing of our body. 

These internal Organs include;

 THE BRAIN; It controls the  the nervous system, muscles,sensory perception  and integration, speech production, memory storage and elaboration of thoughts and emotions. 

 THE LUNGS:Provides oxygen  from inhaled air to the bloodstream  and helps exhale carbon dioxide.

THE HEART:Pumps blood through  blood vessels to the whole body.

THE LIVER:Helps break down  fats and filters harmful substances.it maintains proper level of glucose in the blood.

THe KIDNEYS:Helps regulate the body's chemical  balance by excreting waste products and  excess fluids in the form of urine.

THE STOMACH;:The stomach is responsible for the digestion of food.

THE BLADDER:Stores urine and  contracts to release  urine..


HABITS THAT CAN AFFECT INTERNAL ORGANS ADVERSELY 


1)SMOKING: Hardens the arteries  or even hardens the kidneys reducing blood flow from kidney to the heart.This can  cause high blood pressure  which is a cause  of both heart and kidney problems.


2)NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP: Not getting  enough sleep overtime makes one likely to have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes  and depression. 

3)SIITING FOR LONG PERIODS:Sitting for long periods  slows down your metabolism  which means you could  gain weight.sitting for long periods  is also linked  to other heart problems. 

4)DRINKING  TOO MUCH: it is believed  that men who have more than 14 alcoholic  beverages a week and women who have more than  7 alcoholic beverages are more likely to  have kidney disease, liver disease, digestive issues,heart problems, bone damage etc

5)EATING TOO MUCH:

Eating too much makes one likely to gain weight and that can lead to diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure.it can also raise chances  of certain  kinds of cancer.

 

HABITS TO IMPROVE  YOUR INTERNAL ORGANS.

1)STAY HYDRATED:

Water helps the Kidneys remove waste from blood. It is advised to drink at least 4-6 glasses of water daily.

When one is dehydrated, toxins can build up and affect the Kidneys and Liver. Hydration keeps the blood  vessels  open and helps blood  travel freely. 

2)EAT BALANCED  DIET

Natural sources of sugar such as fresh fruits  are easier than refined sugars for the body to metabolise without  overwhelming the organs.it helps to eat a lot of fiber such as fruits,vegetables and whole grains.

3)EXERCISE CONSISTENTLY

Physical activity helps to decrease  blood pressure  and cholesterol, increase  muscle strength, improve sleep  and control overall body weight. 

4) BALANCE YOUR DIET WITH NATURAL NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
