On Thursday 4th November 2021, this popular Lagos fabric merchant,held a classy Birthday party In Lagos.
The event was held at JFK Events Center at Alausa,in Ikeja Lagos. The event was a colourful one and it was well attended by many friends and family members ofthe celebrant.
Doyin,as she is popularly called by her friends, stepped into the hall in a beautiful outfit. The dress code of the day was White.
The event started with prayers from the celebrants mum, Mrs. Gladys Apata who prayed for her to celebrate many more years on earth. Two popular MCs took up the stage, Madam Kofo, who has been a very popular MC at big parties and MC Mega, our MC of the day.
Popular musician, Laolu Gbenjo and his band were on band stand to welcome the celebrant and her lovely husband, Dr. Femi Akinrinola, with her children, as they all supported the celebrant,as one big family.
One thing that people don't usually see is when you introduce 3 women as your mum, Mrs. Gladis Apata, Mrs. M.O Apata and Mrs. Folajogun Apata.They were all there on seat to celebrate with her.
As the celebrant was set to come in the second time, Dj Toy was on standby to welcome her with some lovely tunes. After sitting down, the MC called on people to say one or two things about the celebrant, as many described her to be a very nice and generous person.
After a while, she stepped out to cut her birthday cake and well wishers joined her to cut the birthday cake. Many of her friends were on seat to celebrate with her, like the Akinsiku of Lagos, Emmanuella Ropo, Chief Bisi Olatilo, Alhaja Montai, Star singer Niniola and many others celebrities, stormed the event.
