Ololade Kumuyi was born on the 18th of May 1982 to the family of late Chief M Adebisi Bello and late Mrs Grace Olabisi Bello in Lagos. She commenced her education at St Christopher's Nursery and primary school in isolo and then proceeded to Farombi Primary school and then Central primary school Ikeja, where she completed her primary education and sat for the common entrance examination which she passed in flying colours despite sitting for it while in primary 5.
Upon completion of her primary education, she proceeded to Government college, Ketu Epe where she spent two years as a boarding house student before proceeding to Holy Saviours college isolo,where she concluded her secondary school education and sat for the SSCE which she passed in flying colours in 1998. She sat for and passed JAMB the same year and got admitted, the Lagos state University, Ojo Lagos to study Accounting.
Ololade graduated from the Lagos state University ojo with a 2nd class degree (upper division) in 2003 and was posted to Maiduguri in Borno State for her NYSC programme which she commenced in 2004 and completed in 2005.
Upon the completion of her NYSC programme, she worked with the defunct Diamond Bank for about 10 years before relocating to the United States of America with her family.
Ololade holds a masters degree in Accounting and information technology from the prestigious university of Maryland.
She is married to Olusola Kumuyi whom she met during NYSC in Maiduguri Borno state. The marriage which was solemnized in 2008 is blessed with three lovely children: Dolapo,Oyin and Juwon.
