HOW TO ARRANGE YOUR WARDROBE BY ZINNAT WILLIAMS



Organize your clothes into sections: hang a certain type of clothing in each section. Arrange your wears in places you can locate them easily and it makes your wardrobe look neat.

Hang anything fancy or sturdy: delicate items like dresses, skirts and lingerie, fancy items like suits and sturdy structured pieces like coats and blazers . Hang everything facing the same direction, longer items on the left and shorter items on the right , so the bottom, so the bottom of your clothes creates an upward sloping line.


Use coordinating hangers: opt for sturdy velvet hangers over the thin plastic varieties, if you have heavy suits to hang . Limit the visual clutter and give your closet a sleek , streamlined look by using matching hangers of your clothes.

Fold and stack heavy sweater: neatly fold your sweaters and store them in your wardrobe because if you hang heavy sweaters up in your closet, the weight of the sweater will stretch out the shoulder. Stack the sweaters on the shelf above your clothing rack for easy access.

Hang or fold jeans: jeans are made of sturdy material that doesn’t rumple easily. Clip hangers can be used to hang jeans can be used to hang jeans by the waistband or you hang them in half on the hanger.

bags without storing anything in it. Shower hooks are perfect for hanging purses in your closet  on the hanger rod.

Try a clothing rack: a freestanding clothing rack can help reduce you decluttering your wardrobe with your clothes.


Store your most used clothes at eye level: put lesser used pieces directly above or below your most popular clothes and regulate your least worn items to the top shelf. Keep everything you wear on a regular basis in the middle of your closet at eye level so it’s easy to find and grab.
