Do away with fabric softener for your pillow: pillowcases are notorious for absorbing dirt and sweat when you launder them with fabric softener, it leaves behind a residue that could unclog your pores.



Sleep without underwear: our bodies naturally sweat, sleeping naked improves our overall hygiene and prevents any form of rashes or vagina odor. Underwear traps all sort of dirt, sweats, and moisture.

Invest in cotton underwear: lace and other synthetic fibers are nice to wear on special occasions. Wearing Lacey underwear can cause irritation and trap moisture which is the breeding ground for bacteria . Avoid wearing underwear’s that tight, let the vagina breathe.

Use unscented white soaps and wash clothes: soaps, vaginal wipes, and vagina deodorant contains perfumes and dyes that can throw off your normal pH balance, which can cause bacteria and yeast infections. Invest in white unscented soaps and has less fragrance to wash your vagina region.

Avoid douching: douching is bad coz the vagina naturally cleans itself . Avoid using scented tampons, pads and panty liners because it increase the risk of bacteria and vagina infections.

Wash behind your ears: glands  secrete oil and sebum behind your ears. When this mixes with dirt and sweat, it can create an offensive body odor .

Soak your feet in black tea: this helps to kill bacteria ,close your pores and prevent it from sweating and prevent feet odor.

Dental floss friendly: residual of food trapped in your teeth will get rot and cause bad breath. Always have dental floss or plackers to clean in between the teeth.
