use anymore, you can cut the cup and place in your dress.
Choose a dress with built in support: your dress can come with
an inbuilt cup, elasticized linings, or a shell bra. This is mostly found in
halter neck dresses because they do not pair well with ordinary bras.

and reusable . Stick in bra cups are worn separately on each bust but they have
an optional center closure, they are more suitable for deep plunge outfits.

alternatives, you can go bra-less but make sure your outfits are under this

- Digress from cotton materials because they can’t conceal sweat.
