Style Rave For Ankara Prints And Sneakers

Ankara fabric is a cotton patterned wax print, it’s a popular African fashion fabric that is versatile locally and internationally.

Ankara fabric was originally influenced by the Indonesian way of dyeing clothing called Batik, they are made through the Dutch wax method.

Ankara patterns are normally for formal African attire but in this century it can be worn in various ways “casual, formal, semi-formal”.

Ankara can be used as a form of aesthetics, it’s not limited to the wearable but can be used as an interior decor in our homes and offices “cushion, pillows, bracelets, handbags, footwear’s, wall art, swimwear” etc.
