Creating a routine isn't that deep honestly, it's not that
serious, but its neglect could lead to serious issues that go way deeper than
you can solve in a lifetime.
So I would say, to begin on this journey, you have to
cultivate it has a habit, that is something you would do religiously either
daily or on specific days of the week without fail. You must plan and work
towards them.
The one benefit that is exponential is that your overall self-image
would go from 1 to 500 percent in an instant and trust me that's an
unbelievable boost to your confidence level.
How do you create a routine, I say start with the daily
deliberate habits and do it consistently. Let's itemize them, wake up and brush
your teeth, then brush it again with salt to kill the germs.
Then use baking soda to brush it, as it serves as a whitening
agent for the teeth, just about quarter of a teaspoon and then apply a drop of
coconut oil to give it a glow, do this consistently you be amazed how your
teeth would be transformed.
Then daily make it a habit to clean your face before going to
bed, male or female, just get a face towel run water over it and clean your
face, no need add anything extra, just water, it cleanses the face and allows
your pores to breath , thus a healthier looking face.
And then onto the regulars have a bath, emphasize the basic
areas , it's a sin for anyone's armpit to smell, it shouldn't happen, spend
time to wash it, shave it off if you have to, invest in a good roll on , it
costs a little under 700 naira that's less than 2 dollars.
Take time to wash your private areas, spend time on it, be
painstaking about its care and its health, it should smell healthy, male or
female you have no excuse, please. Stop it, a good hygiene there would even
prevent infections & lift your self-image.
Soak undergarments before washing them and wash them
deliberately, they house your priced asset, invest in good quality ones. And
don't wear them more than once, please.
These are daily basics, I know we already do them but how are
you doing them, are you deliberate about it or are we just doing them because
we should or because we must.
