is very popular in the UK. She is one of the most sought after Makeup Artists. Everyone
knows her as Glambyimaan. But her real name is Halimat.She is based in Kent.
A
few days back she told Citypeople Online Fashion and Beauty magazine her
success secrets and why she is in hot demand right now.
She
is the CEO of a 4year old Makeup Brand that is doing so well. How did she coin
the brand name Glambyimaan?
"The
brand name is my daughter’s name as I don’t want it to be anything related to
my name",she explained.
Where
is she based we asked her."I was in South east (Woolwich) and well known
there before I moved to Kent Dartford 3months ago."
"I’ll
move back to south east soon".
How
did she cope with the effect of the pandemic and Lockdown. "When the
pandemic first started, I wasn’t really working as I was scared lol but as time
went on, I began to get few clients back and it was mainly Photoshoot, I made
sure I had protective measured for myself and my clients".
I
coped well I will say . I did and I didn’t. When the COVID started and I get
calls from the client, I find it hard to hesitate but unfortunately, I had too
because it better to be safe than sorry. You never can tell how safe the client
is. In the first two months I declined most jobs but has the world started going to normal I started taking jobs
with full precautions though... However it was a bit slow at first to be honest
but I am officially back to work, when I mean
work !! Am talking about 10 to 14 faces in a day . Somedays 6- 12hours
photoshoot . In a nutshell i am glad the world is gradually going back to
normal."
