Morning routines you need to do to have a health healthy and positive day. Hello everyone. Today I am going to be showing you routines you need to do to have a healthy skin. In the morning.

 

1- Have an attitude of gratitude

Having an attitude of gratitude means being grateful for all the good things in your life. This habit helps gives you a positive mind and attitude to start the day. Gratitude helps you look at life more positively than negative.

 

2- Drink water.

 

After having an attitude of gratitude make sure you drink water, even before you brush your teeth as it helps flush the insides of your body of dirt, opens your skin pores

 

3- Exercise

Do daily work outs. You don't need to go to a gym before you start working out. In your rooms you can do exercises such as:

 

Sit ups

Push ups

Planks

Crunches

Jogging

 

Exercises helps your body's immune system, aid in proper flow of your circulatory system, helps in increasing your strength and muscles, aids in good skin.

 

4- Applying of honey on your skin.

Before taking your bath or shower, which ever you prefer. Apply honey all over your body, leave it on your body for 15 minutes, afterwards you wash it off when you go and take your bath.

 

What it does it that it cleans your skin of dirt, blends the colour of your skin, makes it smooth and protects it from the sun by making is glow anytime it's touched by the sunlight. It makes your natural skin colour come out.

 

5- Eat lots of fruits and drink lots of water.

Fruits are good for the body, and advisable to eat a lot of them for good health. As the popular saying goes "An apple everyday keeps the doctor away." We cannot over emphasize the importance of fruits, water and vegetables in our life. Eat more of fruits and vegetables, drink more of water and you will have a healthy life.

6- Focus on the positive and less on the negative.

Bad things will happen. It's inevitable, but how you handle it is what matters. You can handle the negativity that appears in your life by focusing on the positive things that happen in your life.

There will always be stormy days but remember that the rainbow appears after the storm.

 

7- Have a to-do-list.

Having a to-do-list helps you accomplish your goals for the day and make your day well spent and not wasted by following distractions and engaging in non profitable activities, and meaningless conversations with people and friends.

Your to-do-list can be anything as long as they make you accomplish what you set out to do today. To-do-list helps your day to organized and well planned out.
