Welcome to a new month. How has your year been so far? What is your commitment to your overall wellness this year? if you've not considered it, it's not too late to start.

 

 Your body is your 'Visa' to function here on earth, if you want to keep enjoying while you're here, you've got to love it more and invest in it daily with  regards to Nourishment, Building, and Protection of your immune system against invasion (Toxins, Free radicals and viral infections) that can cause damage to the body. WAYS TO LOVE YOUR BODY MORE.

 1) IMPROVE AND PLAN YOUR NUTRITION: Ever heard these words? You're what you eat.it simply means your system becomes a reflection of your choice of food over time.it is important to make conscious, healthy decisions when planning your meals.

 

 Ensure your meal plan is a healthy one that helps to promote wellness and improve your body functions.

 

Intentionally include fruits and veggies in your daily meal plan as they contain essentials Vitamins, Minerals, and other essentials nutrients that help the body function at optimal capacity. 2) DRINK LOTS OF WATER: The importance of water can never be over emphasized. Water is Life, Water keeps the body hydrated,it helps to clear the skin, it helps to flush out impurities from the body, and also keep s you energized.

 

 

 

3) REGULAR EXERCISE: Exercise ensures good blood circulation. Good circulation ensures performance at optimal levels. Exercise helps to mop up excess sugars from the blood, firms up the body, and make you look youthful.

 

 

 

4) ADEQUATE REST: in loving your body more, ensure that you observe adequate rest when necessary because stress has the ability to breakdown the immune system..when the body is stressed, it releases a hormone called Cortisol when that happens, blood sugar levels increase, the defence level is affected. if this happens consistently, it can lead to health complications. Adequate rest is needed to counter the effects of stress.

 

 

 

5) REGULAR CHECK-UP WITH YOUR DOCTOR: Regular check-up helps keep you up to date with the state of your health and also puts you at an advantage incase of a health condition. you get to find out early and nip it in the bud before it escalates.
