Today's topic centers on how to lose belly fat, this is an issue most adults struggle with.

Belly Fat also known as Abdominal Obesity can be described as excess weight that develops around the center of the body.

Belly Fat can be due to the following reasons;

 *Unhealthy Lifestyle Choices e.g. Poor diet, high consumption of Sugar and Sugary beverages,*Alcohol,

*Hormonal changes,*Stress,*Aging, *Genetic predisposition etc.

There are two kinds of Fat:

1) Subcutaneous Fat: This is found under the skin

1) Pay attention to your Diet: Eat more of plant based foods e.g. Fruits& vegetables, whole grains, lean sources of Protein.

2) Drink Lemon water in the mornings or Ginger and garlic tea. Drink water regularly instead of fizzy drinks, sugary beverages or Alcohol.

3) Keep portion sizes in check. Ensure portion control when it comes to your meals.

4) Exercise Regularly: Aerobic activities e.g. brisk walking, running can help you get rid of belly fat.

5) Be open to Supplementation; you can Supplement your diet for adequate nourishment, and also cleanse your body and get rid of unwanted fat.
