Seye Kehinde,the Publisher of Citypeople,Nigeria's Oldest soft -sell magazine, bagged the South West Advancement Award on Sunday, August 1st,2021 at the prestigious Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island Lagos.
Dr. Seye Kehinde was celebrated as the Media Personality of the year,for having sustained his brand for 25 years.According to the organisers,he has been flying the flag of transparent, unbiased,neutral and undiluted news reportage in the last 25 years, since the establishment of the soft -sell,City People Magazine.
The event started at exactly 5.49pm with the Nigeria National Anthem.
The MC,Dr Uche welcomed guests and dignitaries to the 2nd edition of South West Advancement Award/Lecture Series 2021.
The MC said the Award was shortlisted among men and women that are making impact in the South West.
