Real Estate Players Converge In Lagos For Everything Real Estate Expo 2021

As 2021 is fast approaching its end,a pool of reputable real estate companies converged in Lagos for good ,as they jointly held an exhibition tagged "Everything Real Estate Expo 2021".

The expo is ongoing at the premises of the Elegushi Beach,a popular royal beach on the Island.

The laudable initiative which commenced on Thursday 25th November would be on till Saturday 28th November,2021. It would welcome prospective clients between the hours of 10am and 6pm during each of the above stated days.

Although this expo is meant to be an annual event and first of its kind,it is aimed at creating a single platform where clients can directly interact with property owners. This by extension avails them the opportunity to acquire properties at a discounted and reasonable price.

At the first day of this classic show, quite a number of prospective customers and clients were seen trooping into the venue, to have a first hand experience of the expo and make an informed, but life changing decision, on how best to own a property in the city.

Notable real estate companies showcasing their products and services at the expo include:Kingspath Property,Zylus Homes,Vivachi Homes,Stone Trust Realty Limited,One Million Landlord,Middle Chase Property limited,Melaya Workshop,Adfield Real Investment Limited and many others.

Each of them have their stands strategically placed to make guests see what they have to offer.

One of the organisers of the Expo,Thelma Okeke spoke extensively on the goals and aspirations of the annual event, part of which she said is to promote their products on a single, but viable platform like the one going on here in Lekki.

She added that the Expo is meant to bring together big players in the building industry where they can all showcase their goods and services to prospective client.

She revealed that the expo was conceived around 2019 and was scheduled to be held in 2020, but COVID 19 disrupted it. And now it's holding in 2021.
