Our eyes are very important to our daly living.
Without it, we won't be able to do a lot of things, yet many of us ignore the
importance of taking good care of our eyes.

1- Eat good balance diet
Eating good balance diet helps to give the body
all the nutrition it needs, especially eating fruits, and fish rich in Omega 5
helps to improve our eye sight.
2- Avoid smoking
Smoking increases the risk of developing age-related
eye diseases such as macular degeneration and cataracts and can damage the
optic nerve.
3- Look Away From the Computer Screen
Give your eyes some rest staring too much at the
screen of your phones, televisions, and computers, as long exposures affects
the eyes and can cause:
- eyestrain
- blurry visions
- dry eyes
- neck pains
- inability to focus at a distance.
4- wear sunglasses
The right pair of shades will help protect your
eyes from the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays. Too much UV exposure boosts your
chances of cataracts and macular degeneration.
5- Keep your hands and lenses clean
Your eyes are especially vulnerable to germs and
infections. Even things that just irritate your eyes can affect your vision.
For those reasons, you should always wash your hands before touching your eyes
or handling your contact lenses.
