Joy Akpan runs a thriving Spa business in Lagos. She is the CEO of The Unique Touch Spa which provides the best Spa services in town. A few days back, this beautiful lady who makes other ladies beautiful told CityPeople her success story. Below are excerpts from the interview.
Her name is Joy Akpan. But many of her friends and associates call her Joyicko. She runs one of the best Spa and skincare places in Lagos. And she does a good job of it. No wonder why a lot of clients go to her.
She is professionally trained for her job. She is a graduate of
Public Administration. She worked as a Hotelier for 5 years, before she resigned
in 2017, and registered for a beauty school
in 2018, where she got a Certificate in beauty school in 2019. She currently runs
her Spa business. She is the CEO of The Unique Touch Spa.
Why did she go into the Spa business at the time she did a few years back, we asked her? "My passion for my clients made me develop an interest in Skincare and Spa etc. We set up The Unique Touch Spa and Beauty Palace. One of our goals is to focus on our clients' needs, how we can help you achieve your skin goals also having healthy skin, healthy vaj etc."
What are the services she offers at her Spa? "Our services include Skin consultation, Facials, Body waxing, Body scrubs/ polishing, Body massage, Pedicure, Vajacial special treatment, Teeth whitening, Micro blading, Skin care products, Darma planning facials, and Chemical peel facials.
What makes her Spa unique and outstanding? "We pay attention to details
