London Make Up Queen,Adunni Bimbola,CEO Bimsfix Makeup Artistry On Her New Life @ 40


Adunni Bimbola is in a happy mood right now. She has to be. She turned 40 a few days back in London, where she is based, and where is making waves as one of the leading Makeup Specialists. Her 40th birthday party was huge and well attended by her friends and clients.


In this interview with Citypeople Online, this stunning beauty talks about her new life at 40.She also reveals her success story. Below are excerpts.

 

Question 1: How do you feel @40?

 

Thank you so much. I feel so blessed, fulfilled and grateful to God. I thank God for making it possible for me to celebrate this milestone in a grand style despite everything going on in the world. I thank God for the gift of life, for good health and God’s protection and guidance over me and my household.

 

Question 2: What did you make of the huge turn-out of friends?

 

 Woow!, It was huge. For me to be able to pull a party that was tagged "The party of the year" in London” is amazing.

It was great to see all my loved ones turn out in massive numbers just to celebrate me.  I had guests that came all the way from Nigeria, United States and various cities in the UK just for #bimsfixat40.

  I want to use this medium to thank everyone that showed up for me and all the kind gesture towards me. In fact, I will call it a show of love.

 

Question 3: How did you start Bimsfix Makeup Artistry in London?

 

It started as a passion. Since I was a teenager, I had always loved looking good and cared about my appearance and those around me.  Bimsfix Makeup Artistry came about in December 2013 after I completed a Diploma in Beauty Therapy from London Beauty Academy; King’s cross and was certified.

After that I became an international makeup artist with multiple awards here in the UK. The journey as a renowned makeup artist as afforded me the opportunity to meet lovely clients that have turned friends over the years. I thank God for the journey so far and for all the amazing things the future holds.

 

Question 4: What stands you out from others?

Bimsfix is passionate about ensuring that her clients are the top priority and are always satisfied. I achieve this by making sure I am client centered and provide an excellent customer service.

 

Question 5: Tell us about your growing up years. Where were you born and where did you grow up?

 

 I was born in Clapton, London on the 3rd of November 1981 and later relocated with my parents and siblings to Nigeria. I attended Mate Nursery and Primary school in Lagos and had my secondary education at Federal Government Girls College, Shagamu. I then relocated to the UK for my A Levels and University education where I graduated with B. Sc. (Hons) in Business administration and IT.  In 2019, I went further to get a certification in Project management.
